PaymentsParticipation is complimentary for qualified executives. However, in order to confirm participation, we require attendees to provide a valid credit card. This credit card will only be charged a $495 fee (to cover booked accommodations, F&B and activity costs that were committed to) if the attendee cancels within the 4 weeks of the event and fails to send a suitable replacement. A processing fee of $1 is due upon registration and is non-refundable.For companies electing to send a 2nd executive, a fee of $899 applies. Attendees are required to provide 4 weeks cancellation notice or send a suitable replacement. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of their registration fees and no refunds will be given.
Substitutions & CancellationsParticipants may nominate an alternative person from their organization to attend up to four weeks prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows: Four weeks or less prior to the start of the event: $495 cancellation fee. All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing.
Access RequirementsAttendees should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration.
Liability/Photography/Video Waiverinfluence group intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in our blogs, newsletters, promotional materials, electronic and other media, including the influence group website. By participating in this forum, you grant influence group the right to use any image, voice or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials without compensation. All media becomes the property of influence group. Media may be displayed, distributed, or used by influence group for any purpose.
Alterations to Program - Cancellation/Postponement of Event
Covid Cancellation PolicyIn keeping with current covid regulations, this policy applies to all registrations until COVID-19-related conditions/ restrictions are deemed no longer applicable by the CDC or federal/state government, or local government of the registrant or event destination.
Cancellation fees will be waived in the event of a qualified COVID-19 related condition as follows:
Cancellations due to fear of contracting COVID-19 or the prevalence of comorbidities will NOT constitute legitimate grounds for waiver of cancellation fees. Should the qualifying criteria listed above not be present, Influence Group's standard Cancellation Terms and Conditions will apply.
