Terms & Conditions

**Please note: All registration fees are complimentary for 1 qualified executive per company. Credit cards will only be charged the listed $495 fee in the event of a late cancellation/no-show.**

Payments
Participation is complimentary for qualified executives. However, in order to confirm participation, we require attendees to provide a valid credit card. This credit card will only be charged a $495 fee (to cover booked accommodations, F&B and activity costs that were committed to) if the attendee cancels within the 4 weeks of the event and fails to send a suitable replacement. A processing fee of $1 is due upon registration and is non-refundable.


For companies electing to send a 2nd executive, a fee of $899 applies. Attendees are required to provide 4 weeks cancellation notice or send a suitable replacement. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of their registration fees and no refunds will be given. 

Substitutions & Cancellations
Participants may nominate an alternative person from their organization to attend up to four weeks prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows: Four weeks or less prior to the start of the event: $495 cancellation fee. All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing.

Access Requirements
Attendees should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration.

Liability/Photography/Video Waiver
influence group intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in our blogs, newsletters, promotional materials, electronic and other media, including the influence group website. By participating in this forum, you grant influence group the right to use any image, voice or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials without compensation. All media becomes the property of influence group. Media may be displayed, distributed, or used by influence group for any purpose.

Alterations to Program - Cancellation/Postponement of Event

  1. Influence, Inc. reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings.
  2. In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled by Influence, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the attendee.
  3. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the forum is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the attendee.
  4. If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the delegate and the organizers shall remain in force.

 

Covid Cancellation Policy
In keeping with current covid regulations, this policy applies to all registrations until COVID-19-related conditions/ restrictions are deemed no longer applicable by the CDC or federal/state government, or local government of the registrant or event destination. 

Cancellation fees will be waived in the event of a qualified COVID-19 related condition as follows:

  • If, up to 48 hours prior to travel, the attendee has contracted COVID-19, is in quarantine, or under medical treatment. In such a case, supportive documentation (such as a medical note or copy of a positive test result) will be required
  • Travel restrictions, lockdown, or quarantine on the attendee's residence or the event destination are imposed
  • If a COVID-19 vaccination is deemed mandatory by the airline/ hotel comprising the attendee's itinerary, but the attendee is unable to comply  

Cancellations due to fear of contracting COVID-19 or the prevalence of comorbidities will NOT constitute legitimate grounds for waiver of cancellation fees. Should the qualifying criteria listed above not be present, Influence Group's standard Cancellation Terms and Conditions will apply.

During the registration process we may request certain contact information and demographic information about you such as your name, mailing address, email address, company name, size of company and title. We also may receive information about you from other sources and add it to the information you have provided to us. If you choose to register for an event, you may also be asked to provide your credit card information to fulfill your registration request.

Information collected automatically: Like most other websites, we may automatically collect information and data through the use of log files, “cookies” or other information storage and tracking technology. These technologies allow us to track usage behavior and compile website usage information that will allow for the improvement of content and targeting advertising. This information may include your internet protocol (IP) address, associated company name, if any, browser type, platform, internet service provider (ISP), time and date stamp, general geographic information, referring pages and exit pages.

Influence Group may use and disclose your contact information for any of the following reasons:

  • To provide, maintain, personalize, optimize, and improve the website, including research and analytics regarding use of the website, or to remember you when you leave and return to the website;
