influence group, a leading producer of invite-only retreats focused on the built environment, is launching a new event for manufacturing real estate and facilities leaders.

IndustrialSpaces will bring together North America’s top manufacturers across various industries through an annual retreat and digital roundtables to explore how to build and operate the next generation of state-of-the-art facilities.

Given the increasing trend of companies reshoring their manufacturing to address supply chain and geopolitical challenges, it is crucial that real estate and facilities leaders have a forum for exchanging ideas and strategizing as they navigate the re-emergence of American manufacturing might.

IndustrialSpaces will explore the disruptive potential of Industry 4.0 and how it will make manufacturing production more connected and efficient. The event will also explore the latest innovations in sustainability, healthy building design, and advanced security.

Leaders from diverse industries will participate in IndustrialSpaces, from automotive, heavy equipment, medical devices, consumer goods, defense, pharmaceuticals, and more.

The inaugural retreat will take place Sept. 24-26, 2023, at the La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs, CA, and will feature cutting-edge content, business matchmaking, and unforgettable networking experiences.

The event will include 1:1 business meetings between innovative industry suppliers and attendees and top-quality networking experiences. IndustrialSpaces is part of a portfolio of Spaces events produced by influence group, including WorkSpaces, HealthSpaces, HotelSpaces, RestaurantSpaces, and RetailSpaces.

“We are entering a new chapter for American manufacturing, and IndustrialSpaces offers a platform for companies, across a range of industries, to share best practices on how to design and operate facilities that optimize efficiency, align with climate goals, and accelerate growth," stated Michael Owens, Managing Partner of influence group.
